District Fleet Management

District Fleet Management pertains to the three fleet vehicles used for in and out of district travel, for various trainings, events, and activities, for Alamogordo Public Schools.

Mileage is charged for out of district travel at .32 cents per mile. In district travel does not charge for mileage and does not require an approved Purchase Order.

All trips do require a completed Transportation Request form, located to the side.

Trips with students require a specially trained driver. Please contact the Transportation Administrative Assistant, or the Operations Administrative Assistant, to find out about those currently approved to drive students.

All drivers must be employed with Alamogordo Public Schools.
